Privacy policy
Updated September 29, 2026. The online-service sections apply to version 1.0.1 (2) and later; version 1.0.0 (1) does not include the runtime configuration service.
Data on your device
TuckRoute saves trip names, trip lengths, optional departure dates, item names, categories, quantities, bag assignments and packing status locally on your iPhone. This information is not transmitted to the developer. Your device's system backup settings may include app data.
No packing-list upload or advertising tracking
The native packing workflow has no account, advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, subscription or cloud sync. It does not upload or sell your packing lists and does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
Online configuration
Starting with version 1.0.1 (2), the integrated GW component requests signed HTTPS configuration from tg.169movie.com at launch and when the app returns to the foreground. While an online destination is active, configuration is renewed periodically, normally within 48 seconds. Requests include the TuckRoute route identifier, app version and build number, not your trips, items, advertising identifier (IDFA) or vendor identifier (IDFV). Configuration requests use an ephemeral network session without persistent cookies or disk cache.
Our hosting and Cloudflare service receive normal connection and request information, including IP address, request time, requested URL, app version/build and network client information. These network/security records are used to operate, protect and diagnose the service. Because IP addresses are not all de-identified before processing, other diagnostic data is disclosed as linked to you for App Functionality. We do not use it for advertising tracking or sell it.
Cloudflare processes and retains network/security information under its privacy policy. Retention varies with service, operational and legal needs; we do not promise that every request is immediately discarded or claim an unverified fixed retention period. The configuration handler does not maintain a per-user packing-list database.
Optional in-app websites
A valid enabled configuration for the exact version and build can open a configured HTTPS website in an embedded WebKit browser. During a configuration check, TuckRoute displays its branded loading view; a valid enabled route is opened directly without first exposing the native trip screen. Disabled, blank, invalid, expired or unavailable configuration leaves the native packing workflow available. No destination website is embedded in this update. This capability is the same during review and after release.
An enabled website receives normal web requests and information you choose to enter. WebKit's default persistent data store may keep website cookies, cache and local storage across launches. Links and redirects may reach other HTTPS sites. The website's privacy policy describes its additional processing; arbitrary websites are not claimed to be tracking-free. A future configured service requires appropriate rights and privacy assessment before use. The embedded browser has no access to your native packing-list files.
Deleting your data
Swipe left on an item or trip and confirm deletion. Deletions cannot be undone in the app. Removing TuckRoute removes its app-local data, including local website storage, but does not delete separately retained system backups or server records. System backups are managed in your device settings. Contact support for access or deletion requests concerning server records; enough information to identify the relevant records may be needed, and applicable security or legal retention may limit deletion.
Support and this website
If you email support, the information you choose to send is used to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive travel documents or passwords. Visiting this support website is separate from using the offline app. The website uses Cloudflare for delivery and protection, which may process technical request information such as your IP address. Cloudflare also adds a website performance measurement script. This website activity does not transmit your packing lists or add analytics to the offline iPhone app. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for information about website measurement.
